After a comment by one of the staff here, it seems one additional way to get admin support on Reports would be if an admin is assigned a Report for whatever reason, VerticalScope staff should be notified so they know there is an issue that's been assigned to them. I mean, what good is assigning a Report to admin staff if they don't know about due to other workload. Or why have the ability to assign an issue to anyone? Just seems like a big hole to me. Yes, I've seen all the current acceptable ways to contact support. This just seems like such an obvious additional future enhancement. The assigned should get an email about the issue like we did with vBulletin.

We do check the assigned reports when we drop in on communities.

If there is a report that is in need of immediate attention you can post it to your Core Thread and we will expedite it. Think of the Core Thread as your bat signal to us as well as weekly updates on the status of the community.
