In order to get a baseline on what users think of our platform and get direct feedback from more users, we are planning to launch an NPS survey, hopefully sometime next week, across some of our sites.
What is NPS survey?
Net Promoter Score survey, is the "How likely are you to recommend our product to a friend" type of question you might have seen elsewhere. Ranging from 0-10, the aggregated result is often used to measure how happy the user is with the product.
In order to get a baseline on what users think of our platform and get direct feedback from more users, we are planning to launch an NPS survey, hopefully sometime next week, across some of our sites.
- It'll be a very simple survey with 3 questions, in short
- Overall score of the forum software, 0-10
- What they like about the forum software
- What they don't like about the forum software
- The survey will be up for a week, in the form of notice or release notification, then it will be taken down after a week.
- These sites are randomly picked to cover all sizes of sites, as well as all verticals.
- Sites that currently have any notice will not be on the list.
- Sites that have already been surveyed for the Video feature will not be on the list.
- This will likely be a quarterly action from now on, so we can measure if we are making improvements.
