I especially love the clear formatting button.

The fact that it allows media embedding in signatures (in the editor) could end up with some pretty big signatures.

I will remove it shortly. I just wanted to see what happens.

Finally good news after being shocked by VerticalScope regarding the stupid editing rules.

The BBCode is very essential for having proper posts.
Without this the editor still is incomplete.
I hope we do not need to wait for BBCode for another months.

But Editing rites for Premium and Admin rites should be at the top of the tree.

Just checked, the new editor is there. Now we work on BBcode :).
Proper BBCode is so essential for a forum.
I can not wait untill we will get this implemented.

I have some posts with overviews/summaries created with quite a lot BBCode.
But after editing them in XenForo some of that BBCode is kicked (espacially [ INDENT ] XXX [ /INDENT ]) out and the posts are ruined and do not look properly anymore.
So I use a text version of these posts with overviews/summaries outside XenForo to edit.
This edited version I copy/paste into XenForo.
This is quite annoying because this must be possible inside XenForo without any restrictions as well.
As long as SkyscraperCity was on vBulletin this was possible without any issues.

Will the coding you work on also include [ post= ] XXX [ /post ] and [ thread= ] XXX [ /thread ]?
On vBulletin we had such options as well and I used them quite a lot.
But after the migration those links are dead now and useless.
They were transformed into "https://www.platforum.news/posts/160828004/" as an example.
Will it be possible to bring back such transformed links without the need doing it manually one by one?

Good question and I don't know the answer. With the new BBCode functionality, I'm hoping all of this will work and we will test it. I'll check with the team about the posts on Monday and get back to you on this. Thank you.
