Summary of Changes - User Facing

• Descriptive text: Improvements to the functionality of descriptive text in the following sections: New, Forums, and Site Navigation. It is now working as expected for visually impaired users.
• Signatures: Hyperlinks in Signatures were not taking the user to a new tab. We have resolved this issue.
• GM-Volt Founder Date updated to 2007.
